This recipe is from Eating Well magazine's website, I'll use some fresh vegetables from the produce box instead of frozen (most likely cabbage, broccoli and bok-choi). As for the noodles, I'll use some other kind that is not whole wheat. We get plenty of whole grains in our diet and traditional refined grain pasta just tastes better.
