Nectarine & Prosciutto Salad - september 3, 2013


This recipe is from our Frog Hollow Farm CSA newsletter and uses arugula. A little bit of sweet, a little bit of meat, a little bit of heat. Yum!  No, the kids will probably not love it, so I'm serving it with a good loaf of Arizmendi bread and our usual favorite cheese on the side. It's an easy cheat.

Eggs, Beans and Avocado - march 20, 2013

A super easy, super delicious dinner that uses the avocado that arrived in our CSA box along with this recipe. I plopped some dried beans in the crockpot for about four hours on low this morning. Delish! I'll serve it with a beet, blood orange and fennel salad, the recipe is from Bon Appétit.
