Sausages, Broccoli and Kale - january 19, 2013

Grilled, ice bathed (aka blanched) and sautéed with salt, red pepper flakes and olive oil. In that order. Served with soft rolls and mustard. I like to buy my sausages at Andronico's, the selection is gigantic. When I have questions or want to make my own sausage, I use The River Cottage Meat Book.
