Pan Fried Halibut - january 15, 2013
With romanesco sautéed with curry powder. This is quick and easy: dip the fish in egg, dredge it in salty, spicy flour, then fry it in a pan. But, I always regret cooking fish in the house because it takes a full week to get the stink out. So usually, it goes out on the back gas grill, which is just about as fast. Serve with sautéed greens and something starchy for the kids - bread, rice, whatever.
