As you may have noticed, I am a big fan of pork. I am also a sucker for anything quick and easy that my kids will eat. So Hollis Wilder's new cookbook about savory cupcake-style meals is right up my alley, even though I have never seen the cupcake wars...and to totally come clean, I don't even like cupcakes. I know, shocking, isn't it?
She includes recipes for involved ingredients that I could also buy pre-made, like pulled pork and BBQ sauce, and that is fabulously helpful.
