A good, hearty valentines supper - pasta with meat sauce, some kind of sautéd greens and a special secret dessert surprise from my sweetie, for the whole family. You can read all about the bolognese in my post from this past summer.
Sauce is from the freezer, the recipe is originally from SPQR via the SF Chronicle. I like it with angel hair pasta. Today I'll serve it with oven roasted beets, turnips and romanesco for a vegetable.
