The KitchnSausage Pasta - may 22, 2013

Can you tell this is a new favorite?  Everyone in the family eats it and I can hide as many greens in it as I want, they jut seem to shrink into nothing.

I don't have any Annelleti pasta, but I have some curly little noodles that work just as well. This recipe is from thekitchn.com. Tonight it will look like Goldilocks' curls instead of SpaghettiOs.

--- After dinner follow up:

This dinner is so good, I've been making a huge bag of pasta with four big sausages and a bunch or two of greens, then using the leftovers for lunches. Try it, you'll like it.
