Spaghetti with Cherry Tomatoes

Another quick and easy pasta dish for late summer, or any other time you can find good cherry tomatoes (which is most of the time). These little sweeties do better in colder weather, so not only will they grow in my foggy garden, but just about anywhere else that isn't below freezing, too.
Quick and easy, simple ingredients, but this is best if you can slice the tomatoes and let them sit in oil and vinegar for about half an hour before dinner. That gave me time to roast some zucchini accordions to serve alongside. On p. 43 of Canal House Cooking Volume 8.

I never think of making a simple pasta dish with just cherry tomatoes but I will do so tonight!
