Marcus Samuelsson's Shredded Turkey Chili

Most of Marcus Samuelson's recipes are not particularly fast and easy, but this one is! I made it with leftover chicken from a day or two ago and beans cooked in the crockpot yesterday.
Cumin, coriander, brown sugar and a mix of spicy ingredients make this uniquely Saumuelsson's chili, though I pulled back on the spices to avoid kid complaints. They (my kids) ate it, but one of them asked me to "make chili like Max's Dad does." So I'm off to find a recipe for that one.
